The glasses have a fragile feel and appeal to my eye; the price was very good so a great value. The glasses appeared to be very well packed for shipping, but I noticed when I unpacked them that 2 glasses had small chips on the rims. I contacted the sellers who immediately apologized that the imperfections had not been spotted and they immediately offered a pro rata refund of the purchase and shipping costs. No hassle.
