Ok, but did not really make a big difference.
It's ok. But.... I tried to use a few different ways. There are a lot of reviews out there with advice. The one that worked the best was to inflate it somewhat, then as you ride have the valve out so that you can let air out to find the sweet spot. I rode for 9 hours the other day. So long ride. Probably about 6 breaks most about 15 - 20 mins except for lunch and breakfast. It seemed to be working on the first part of the ride but after the midway point same issues that led me to try it were once again back in play. For me it's the groin area. After a while I just find a comfortable position no matter what I do. Again, long ride so not sure what would work but this did not. Having said that it is nice quality and looks good. Just doesn't really do much. One dude's opinion anyway.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
