    The Dawn of the Personal Computer

    Dealers of Lightning takes you back to the dawn of the personal computer, as some of the key building blocks of the eWorld are being laid. It contains some wonderful personal stories. You get to see people who were all in the dark about what was to transpire over the next twenty-five years, yet some individuals were able to follow an important line of discovery, despite the darkness, a few were darn near clairvoyant, and some were surrounded by important discoveries and opportunity, but saw little or none of the possibilities. The work is in a large sense a Harvard Business Review type study of the massive opportunity that Xerox missed by being trapped in their historic paradigm.
