Says i must contact asus for a repair. Seller said computer was New . The laptop that showed up was missing screws and was not New . Computer will not charge and screen will go black after a minute or so .

After booting up, the battery would not charge and couldn't start off AC power. Either the battery is bad, shorted, or there's a bunch of Mosfet chips that are bad on the motherboard causing numerous shorts.
