    Great seller with great communication. I can't say the same about eBay's global shipping program. They deemed the gas tank a restricted item and confiscated it. It doesn't even get returned to the seller. Of course they don't tell you why it was restricted. The good news is the seller keeps their money and the buyer has their money returned. In my mind the paint job was a work of art. That means, if they see something they like and are willing to pay for it, they can keep it. It's just wrong!!!!
