When I made the purchase, immediately got a response from the seller that he’d send it out for shipping the next day. Package received was in great condition, well packaged — laptop and battery pack were in new condition. No cosmetic issues, brand new as described. Appreciate the quality and effort put into ensuring the condition of the product and shipping are what customers expect. 10/10

However upon inspecting it and communicating with the seller I had to send the laptop to Lenovo to replace the faulty trackpad under the warranty. Since I was aware of no refunds and I also wanted this particular model and specs at this value. Would do business with again!
