I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and the seller. Accurately described, many fragile parts, all superbly wrapped with care and attention. It would have taken some time to do, it all arrived in a stout box, polystyrene chips and copious bubble wrap. Buyers can buy with confidence from the Severn Hospice, I would not hesitate to do so again. Thank you very much for a great buying experience and, more importantly, the invaluable work you do for your community.

Situation re £32 P&P charge rectified by partial refund. Explanation was that none of the combined invoice requests had been received. My feelings were that should even one be needed. Five lots of figures were combined into one parcel but all five lots were still charged at the full individual P&P charge. Had the seller not reacted to the negative feedback sent a couple of weeks after the auctions I guess they felt it OK to just pocket all the extra postage charged???
