I wasn’t gonna write a review, but I contacted her and she refuses to accept the pictures and says that they are an excellent condition. I can only conclude she is dishonest. They still had the UGG sticker on the bottom! They were well packaged and arrived in great condition. The shoes also arrived quicker then originally scheduled (scheduled for a Friday arrived on Weds). Very happy with my purchase!
