Like an Instant Pot on Steroids
I bought this to replace a Fagor Multicooker that was at least a decade old and had started to fail. I wanted something that was more solidly substantial and durable than an Instant Pot. It's easy to use and has a lot of features. I like the steam release on this better than any pressure cooker I've used before. My only criticisms are that I'd prefer a stainless steel insert pot instead of a nonstick one. If Breville makes one as an accessory I will purchase one. The other criticism is that I'd prefer if the lid completely detached instead of being hinged on the device. My old Fagor lid and the Instant Pot lids detach and it makes them easier to clean them after use. Otherwise I look forward to long and faithful service from this device. Breville makes quality and as long as they support this with things like replacement silicone gaskets and possibly better insert pots, this will last as long if not longer than the Fagor I had.
