SSD is fast and easy to install

This Solid State Drive is great for upgrading your desktop or laptop. You will see an immediate speed increase in booting and application startup. Since it is a Solid State Drive, you do not have to worry about crashing on your laptop when you move it around (no moving parts).

  • Noting better

WD blue is top notch. WD software made the cloning process so simple. Super fast too. Please note you'll need a WD ssd to use their free software. So glad I chose this brand cause I'm a firm believer in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

  • Good Choice for Laptop or PC gaming and general use

Lite in Weight and Battery drain. Good size for modern game storage and better R/W speed than any regular HD.

  • What can I say? It's an SSD and it just works!

I bought this to convert my PC from HDD to SSD. Boot time now is somewhere around 10 seconds from power button to login screen with Windows 10. Applications like Firefox start up a lot more quickly too. And of course, quieter operation is a big plus (the CPU, power supply and graphics card fans still make some noise obviously). I can't speak about reliability so far but I trust WD. Like any other SATA drive, it is straightforward to install and fits into a 2.5" slot.

  • WD Blue SSD

I've always wanted to switch my comupters to SSD but in the past it was just not cost effective, but these days it is, so I did I run 17"+ mid to highend notebooks/laptops and the speed of these SSD's are awsome not to mention consideralby less power draw on the system, I chose the WD Blue because it is TLC storage apposed to QLC I feel as though the lates and gratest advancements are NOT always a good thing. The TLC is fater and yet has plenty of storage power. Lighting faster then the michanical drive I upgraded from.
