    This pump has my 85 Chevy S-10 running again.

    I needed to replace the inline electric fuel pump on my 85 Chevy S-10 with 3.4 engine. I have always heard Carter are good fuel pumps so bought this one. The pump is working great and has my S-10 back on the road. Hopefully the Carter pump will deliver many years of service as the previous pump provided. I don't especially like the small fuel filter included with the pump which is threaded directly into the pump. I used it but also installed a larger filter.

    Fuel pump fixed problem

    I used similar pumps on an old IH tractor. This is #3. The last two did not work right from the time I bought them. I bought this because it listed 4-7 psi operating pressure and the Carter name. I have only used it for a couple weeks but so far seems fine.
