The slip cover did not label eng sub, though, & the back (of both DVD and slip) said it was reigon 3, but yet it played just fine in my reigon 1 player. I'm guessing it is some sort of a bootleg, but I don't mind. It came packaged securely, only minor damage(that was properly put in the description), and shipped quickly. Seller was very nice and offered to fix anything/provide a refund.
