      KT PRO Sport tape 2 strip trial pack

      I tried this tape and it really made a difference in the knee pain I suffer with. Those darn old injuries don't go away but this tape helps better than a knee brace. FOR ME anyway. My issue is tendonitis and this doesn't put pressure on the tendons but supports the knee. Their website has several videos on how to apply the tape correctly as well which isn't as hard as you might think. I bought another brand that just didn't have the same strength as this one and it will actually stay on for a few days. It's worth the try, I'm glad I did. I would love to say that it takes away all the pain but I would be lying, however: it helps, a lot.

      Waste of money

      I used it on my knee and hip,it did nothing but give me a hard time to put it on my hip and to remove it from it's backing you have to have long nails there is no space for you to try to get the backing off,as I said I should get my money back,still have half the roll in my med drawer.

      Great Product at a Great Price

      I've tried several different brands of KT tape and the Pro version is the best one I've found. It stays in place, offers lots of support and can stand up to a couple of showers. The Pro version is a little more expensive than the regular but well worth it.
