Once they recieved the package they messaged me to let me know. 2 days later I had the repaired unit in hand and in perfect condition. Plugged it in and as you can see from the pictures, IT WORKS. The shop personnel told me that they would give me a refund if they weren't able to repair my module. I sent it via USPS and after it arrived it was repaired and sent back very quickly. Way less than the 10 days they quote. I installed the module and all the issues were resolved. I appreciate how they under promise and over deliver. I liked the 5 year warranty also.
