Then buyer decided to say that to give him a video via email of proof of it not working. No solution given at all. Avoid. I wouldn't say it was new to be honest either as it didn't even turn on even with different batteries inside and even the ones they gave me didn't work either for the scale. Is this enough proof to you that it's defective?
