My advise would be to use 3" deck screws, drilling the holes first, and counter sinking when needed.
Although this is an easy to follow build it yourself, you must be careful with the size nails you use to attach the 2 x 4's. Especially when nailing into the 1 1/2 ends. Remember, 2 x 4's are actually measured to be 1 1/2" X 3 1/2". Had I known that this building plan doesn't call for using the metal joist connectors, I personally would of purchased the shed building plan that comes with all the metal joist connectors and DIY build plans. You have to buy the lumber separately, but it tells you the sizes to cut the wood at, and assemble using their supplied metal joists.Although this is an easy to follow build it yourself, you must be careful with the size nails you use to attach the 2 x 4's.
