I can assure any customers reading this feedback that we fortify our conditioned compost with truffle spores sourced from reputable suppliers. Truffle spores are purchased at a great expense.

I contacted seller & enclosed 4 photo's with tape measure showing heights. I was told to start the returns process. I hate the way ebay sellers when they can't meet their own guidelines just dispatch the item in the hope that they are not rejected & giving the buyer the hassle returning & repacking the item. Refunded him in full and told him the trees can sometimes be shorter in the winter when the leaves have fallen. Dispite this he still left this feedback.
