Disappointing seller, the item description and pictures did not match the item delivered. For a seller who uses the name ‘Candure’Bargains at least send genuine Candure packaged and branded products. Also raised a return request but the seller didn’t respond and had t9 escalate it to a claim through eBay. Fair enough it was only a cheap item, but the issue could have easily been resolved with either an apology and refund from the seller, or a replacement with the item that was actually listed.
