Very fast delivery, but, unfortunatly the bag containing the "O ring and gasket kit" had a small tear that had gone unnoticed during packing, and some of the small O rings were missing. On contacting Adlink they responded quickly and sent a new set free of charge. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you for a great service Adlink.

    Elbow Grease

    Direct slip-on replacement for earlier design with sprung steel clips, taller vent pipe with quarter-turn petcock. Comes with clips and o-rings, but no grease or bleed tube. You'll need a fiber washer for the flow-out brass elbow under the boiler (within the chassis) as the flow pipe exit from the heat-exchanger needs to be loosened-off the allow withdrawal of this plastic part. Bleed air out of the petcock on refilling with water. 8mm ID rubber or plastic pipe useful for this. Grease o-rings with silicon grease. Easy job for a 'competent person'.
