I received today. I only paid for one to be sent by Express Post because I actually only urgently needed the one, (the 14K Kelvin temp colour), but that was great customer service sending them both together! Ample updates regarding the status of my order. They arrived in perfect condition they were very well packed and wrapped. Right now they are both plugged in and working. Seller was eager to solve a small problem with listing straight away,but the couriers left a little to be desired,aus post would have taken the parcel and delivered it to my door but I had to collect from a courier depot,postage is door to door not click and collect,the airpots ordered are a little larger than 40cm which wouldn't be a problem if they still fitted in the saucers,od is 43cm and 40cm id,make it a little hard to use with 400mm saucers,but other than that I was happy.
