    as good as factory part

    Can't imagine the factory part could be any better. You do need to trim off 2 bosses which stick out on the back - perhaps some models have recessed areas for these, our 435i didn't. You need very short sheet metal style screws to attach the plate, as longer screws will dig into the bumper. They need to be sized correctly or they will be alternately too loose or hog the holes out too far (they need to self tap).
