Install took about 15 seconds.
My old belt was not original equipment and melted due to a problem when I ran over a section of rope. I remember when I put the old belt on. It was a major pain. The old belt was just a silly mm to short and would not go on the pulley. This new on is oem and went on in 2 seconds. Also the mower seems to run smoother with the new belt but I might be imagining this. FYI a standard 3/8" socket wrench will not fit the tensioner. You will need to reduce the 3/8 drive on a bench grinder. I used an old spare1/2 to 3/8 reducer to grind down. You can use a 3" extension to grind down. Good quality belt. Durable last a couple years depending on how much you use your mower. I put 200 hours a year on mine and change the belt every other year.
