    Item arrived nearly 13 days later after sitting stationary for 4 days. Tried to reach out to seller regarding the package condition and to hopefully be provided a solution. Item arrived damaged and their solution was “return it and they’ll just claim the insurance, instead of providing some other solution considering I spent 20 bucks on the item it’s now only 9.99. The entire experience was not great and I should have bought somewhere else. Awful customer service.

    I got this at a great price, however Hasbro's quality is really lacking these days. Figure's leg was broken (box was sealed when I received it) and the seller had packaged it really really well. Fortunately the seller was nice enough to send me a replacement, they worked hard to make this into a positive transaction. Just be weary of Hasbro's boxed stuff even if you're buying in store.
