    im leaving possitive only cuz the yeast is brilliant but however do not follow the instructions ,, you do not and never will need 100grams in 25L Mash or wash , that's just stupid , iv done this last night and its bubbling and fizzing and foaming right through the airlock and bubbler , iv had to take the lid off , 30grams is all that's needed in 25L (fact) please don't follow the instructions , the seller should stop putting them instructions in as they are so wrong and I'm experienced B+

    Review for Turbo Yeast SW20/48 Hour Dual Function 500g / Alcohol Distilling

    The short of it: The yeast works great but is temperature sensitive and will need good temperature control. The long: Instructions state to ferment between 20 and 25c. I found my batch stuck when fermententing at the mid to lower end of that range. Raising the temperature to the higher end of the range allowed the fermentation to complete. You absolutely need some cooling for this yeast for batches bigger than 25L. When going over 100L a sturdy glycol or equivalent liquid cooling system is a must as it'll cook itself in just a few hours without it.
