    Tried 3 times through ebay app to communicate with seller about item description, no response. Have purchased from seller before with no issues. Purchased item on a Friday, supposed to receive the following Wednesday, did not receive until the following week. According to tracking USPS was still waiting to receive item. Otherwise product worked well. It will also fit 1990 gmc np241c in case anyone is wondering.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, bought a rebuild kit that says fit’s my transmission and it didn’t, i talked to the seller and doesn’t wanna give a return label. Now i have to pay the shipping fee when it wasn’t my fault not matching their description. Then they started blaming my transmission was rebuilded not OE spec. How would you put a bigger bearings inside a transmission? Shave the casing? Then no respond after that. AGAIN DONT BUY FROM THEM! 7 years on ebay first time this i encounter.

He purchased a transmission bearing rebuild kit that did not fit his transmission. Despite our efforts to inform him of the issue all he seemed to want to do was play the blame game and took no accountability. We will offer a full refund of the purchase price but only once he ships the parts back. We wish him all the best!
