      Next Model even better.

      I had a IC-440, & wanted to upgrade, this unit is even better, & easier to use than the first model.. they've fixed several awkward functions and made the backlight better, handpiece is a little smaller also.. Very good, recommend this model.. IC-450.

      Compact, rugged, well built.

      This is my 5th UHF CB. It's by far the best I've owned, it's clear and selective and has a plethora of options to choose from. I'm a bit Old School and do prefer rotary knobs for vol and sql but one must move with the times... I highly recommend this radio!
