The nice thing about Dell is that the Service Tag tells all about a system. The three systems I received were all delivered from Dell manufacturing with Ubuntu licenses - meaning that they did NOT come with Windows 7. The systems were advertised as having "Win10 Pro", which they do not; they had "Windows 10 Enterprise" installed. The Windows 10 Enterprise licenses were authenticated by the sellers activation service; "Windows is activated using your organizations activation service". So as best as I can tell this is not a "legal" Windows 10 installation outside of the sellers organization, which through extrapolation I believe to be the University of Texas; (univtx_its). For me to legally use this, sell this, or give this to friends, I now need to buy a Windows 7 or Windows 10 license. The hardware is completely as advertised and works fine. But the cost has now risen significantly due to the falsely advertised licensing of the operating system.Read full review

This was a great purchase for me - replaced my old computer (very old tech w/ WinXP) and didn't spend much on this new one. I got a lot of bang for my buck and the computer is clean and fast. The hard drive is a little busy all the time but I think that is a Windows10 'thing' and not something I can blame on the computer. The computer was shipped quickly and was packaged well.

Small quiet and fast. No problems with it at all. I did install the hard drives from my old one. A 500 gig ssd and a 600 gig sata. Very happy.
