I got sent 2 squashed incense holders. Contacted seller and sent a photo. I only asked for ONE replacement. Seller took absolutely no responsibility and tried to blame me. Does not care. Deceptive description too. Anyone would assume these held sticks. They are too damaged. See the other feedback for this item. Same. This was a birthday gift for a friend too! Irresponsible and rude seller even if you do contact them first. Avoid.

Just to clarify, at no point did we blame you. What you received is as per the product photo and states in the title and description CONE HOLDER. We can't be held to account for assumptions that are made. Even after leaving negative feedback you continued to message us, saying "nowhere on the lisiting does it state that it doesn't hold sticks". This is correct, because it doesn't. It also doesn't make the tea or do the washing, but maybe that should be added in case someone assumes it does.

order didn't arrive seller responded quickly but wanted me to wait until post office finished investigation as i paid on 31st January i waited a few days more, but it didn't arrive.it was now 18th February seller i found rather sarcastic pointing out i had had couple parcels missing and wasn't having much luck, i messaged back said got hundred percent feedback and its rare that happens. she didn't respond i opened case ebay refunded me.
