This is my second purchase of American Health Chewable Digestive Papaya Enzyme tablets. They for me, have been a literal God-send!!! I used to get bad stomach pains from indigestion after eating certain foods such as, beef, and some dairy. I am a living Liver donor and I had my gal bladder taken out as a result so certain foods no longer work for me. Occasionally I happen to eat a wrong thing and feel sick afterwords. But not when I take these enzymes. I'm not saying that someone without a gallbladder should just overeat and keep eating the wrong things with these enzymes. No! Don't do that! Cherish your body.
