I Rang the seller and they said my awning must be an older one so I have to use the rubber ends supplied for transport to protect the ends instead of clipping it on π€. Bar seems good otherwise. Yet to try with the rubber ends but seems a bit dodgy to me and couldn't see anywhere it states this can be an issue. My awning also doesn't seem that old.

I then had trouble getting Aramax to deliver to my nominated address until I rang them & got Outback Equipment to do the same.
