When the package first arrived, it came damaged. It looked like one corner of the CPU had been smashed during shipping. I contacted the seller and they were very friendly and courteous. They arranged for a replacement to be shipped, and it arrived promptly. Once it arrived, it worked as intended. Other than the initial shipping damage, the overall experience was great.
