Ping, Ray Cook, and Edel putters licensed the pixel technology because it restores lost energy on badly struck putts. A heel or toe hit would go almost as far as a sweet spot strike. The manganese bronze body of the AnserF blade model is in the classic Dalehead design, with more-rounded "bumpers" and flanges on the back than the squared off, sharper edges of later Anser designs. The plumber's hosel neck can be bent to give a huge number of lie angles. The aluminum pixel response is softer than the more expensive titanium pixel insert, which is in turn probably softer than the all-metal regular Anser putter. Also, since the aluminum is lighter than the other materials, the AnserF aluminum pixel putter has a higher MOI - there is more heel and toe resistance to torque. I particularly like NOT have a sight line on the flange. This is a simple visual putter with high-tech engineering in it. One's focus is on the ball and the putt, not the instrument addressing the ball. I guess the best endorsement is that I have golf bags in Houston, Ft Worth, and Midland, TX, and I have the aluminum pixel AnserF putter as my "blade" putter in all of them. I have the B60F aluminum pixel models as my semi-mallet putter in each of those bags, too. I give that model 5 stars.Read full review

Recently I bought a brand new Ping Anser F Limited putter from ebay and never expected I was in for a biggest surprise since trying a Scotty Teryllium 3 putter years ago. The pixel insert contains 124 titanium nickel hexagonal blocks in a silicone bronze head that gives the putter face a sweet spot size larger than a double-decker bus. The large sweet spot makes putting uphill effortless and it's also great for putting on slow greens. Pros: Best looking & best performance Ping putter ever. IsoForce steel shaft is dame good. Only 3,000 pcs were made so it's worth more than gold. Cons: 36" length is too long for me and grip is too rubbery.
I have the 9 degree and it launches low with a lot of roll out. Previously Had the big bertha alpha and this is definitely more consistent for me hitting fairways as long as I don't try to kill it. I like the sound and feedback, you know instantly if you hit a center shot by the sound, and the feel of the club is light while still providing feedback, now I can easily tell when I hit a heel or toe shot, this will probably stay in the bag for a while, great job Ping!

Played Baffler, Callaway, and now PING. The G25 is an amazing club. Love it.

Yes, I'm female (but I hit like a man!), so I was looking for a nice headcover and 3 wood I needed to complete my set. I paid extra for the headcover. I'm ridiculously disappointed that the "3" medallion on the headcover is broken off. If it's possible to get a new medallion, I'd sew it on. (Of course, the club is great!).
