    The seller never sent the item & didn't respond to my request to cancel the order & refund my money for 5 days. When she did respond, she said she would immediately cancel the order & refund my money, but did not. Five days after that, (10 days after my initial request) she still had done neither so I had to contact Ebay customer care who immediately refunded my money. I understand life can get hectic , but that's no excuse for lack of communication & follow through.

    I ordered and upon receiving realized was about an half inch to short. I sent a message asking to return and get a bigger size but got no reply. Sent second message 4 days later and still no reply. So the communication is the only problem I had with this person and had held off until now at doing feedback. But it has been over a month now and still nothing.
