Upgrade of original electronic component for classic car.
I posted (standard first class) on Monday, and received the upgraded component by standard post on Friday of the same week. It had been upgraded correctly and is fitted in my car and working perfectly. A personal touch was a hand written note within the package with some explanation of what was done. I have not before tried an upgrade of an older component, upgraded in its original case before, but would not hesitate to use this supplier again for similar. Worth every penny and more...
The quality of work is second to none, the original case was opened, a modern equivalent was expertly soldered in and everything was resealed and returned to me in no time at all. After reinstalling the unit in my Volvo my previously erratic gauges sprang to life and for the first time in my ownership, they gave accurate readings too. Due to the quality of the parts installed during the refurbishment I now have no doubt that this new part will be working for another 40 years. The quality of work is second to none, the original case was opened, a modern equivalent was expertly soldered in and everything was resealed and returned to me in no time at all. Brilliant piece of technology. My original Austin 1300 mechanical stabiliser was converted by this company to a full electronic function, giving superior performance over the old method. Fitted it in minutes and to be absolutely safe I ran an extra earth from the casing to the battery negative post. Over the moon with it and would advise anybody looking to purchase or upgrade one of these items to use this company.Brilliant piece of technology.
