    These were easy to use. A hair dryer on full heat and used very close to the aglet worked very well. Pliers, for example, to hold and stop fingers being burnt is a good idea. Very pleased with the purchase so will purchase again. The 4.8mm diameter was ideal for the round walking boot laces.

    Exactly as described and arrived quickly, used my straighteners to reduce in size, which I was worried may damage those but there’s no trace left behind, and a blob of super glue at the end of the lace which worked well to secure and stop ends fraying. I used these to shorten laces and so applied them first and then cut, made threading easier.
