Fixed Old sconces. √
Have old brass wall sconces and the sockets disintegrated. They had been repaired before and the threads on the sconces had been stripped, but I could make this work. The old sockets had integral flange, but since the shade was hanging, the flange is not really necessary. The ring had to be flipped to fit into the contour of the glass shade (which was the was the old socket was assembled. If there is enough thread (I haven't checked), I could add a flat UNO thread ring for a more snug connection.Have old brass wall sconces and the sockets disintegrated.
