It’s by no means ceremonial grade but it doesn’t claim to be. That being said it is the closest you will get at this price and I would personally pick this over Ceremonial grade Matcha as it’s far better value for money and the qauility is brilliant! I use this in straight up matcha Tea as a pose to Matcha lattes but I’d recommend it in Lattes. Baking would be great as it isn’t overly expensive. I’l be back!
