Super Quality without blowing the budget
The Victorinox Fibrox Cooks Knife is a mouthful to say but a joy to use. I have a long love affair with the Victorinox brand and this particular knife keeps the flame well and truly burning. These knives are fantastically sharp straight from the box and require nothing more than a very careful wash and wipe, before you start slicing and dicing your way through what ever is on the nights menu. I love how light and and easy this knife is to use, it is brilliant on tomatoes, no matter how soft and ripe, as for dicing chicken it turns chore into a quick and simple procedure. I love using this knife on all manner of things, fruit, veges, meat or pretty much anything really. After giving it a good work out in the kitchen, it needs only a quick wash and dry, i ... After giving it a good work out in the kitchen, it needs only a quick wash and dry, i always do this and don't leave them lying in water or in a drainer etc, a quick stroke or 3 on the steel and it's ready for next time. Of all my knives and i have a few, this is one of my favorites, it is so easy to use to keep clean and when it does become a little blunt, I know it will simply be a matter of 5 mins on a wet stone and it will be as good as knew. If you're in the market for a new knife and you don't want to spend obscene amounts, but you still want top quality, then check out the Victorinox Fibrox range, you will find something to suit your purpose and leave your wallet/ purse in tact.
