A very nice headset, which is comfortable to wear, easy to use buttons. Only negative I have found is that the volume doesn't go quite high enough for when you're driving.

Only been using for two days now. Couldn't bring myself to replace my plantronics that I just ran over with my van at £100. So trying this. This is not as good........ The range is poor and the out of range warning is not a one time event it constantly reminds you, so frustrating. The sound quality in ear far exceeds the plantronics legend I had. The voice at the other end for the person you are calling is worse and muffled from what they tell me. If I hadn't had the M55 and Legend version from plantronics this would have seemed quite outstanding. It is way better ergonomically than the M55. The software is way worse than the Plantronics. It hold in your ear better than the Legend and also is by directional and the Legend isn't. Should have paid way more and got another Legend but this will be used as my M55 is uncomfortable and the sound is bad for both end of the conversation on that model. All in all a good buy, I'm not disappointed at all.Read full review

I have been using a the Jabra range of headsets for quite a few years now and have never been dissapointed with the quality,clarity or ease of use with the Jabra range. I bought this headset to replace my similar Jabra Wave+ which i lost and i am very dissapointed with the battery life in this unit. My previous one would last over 10hrs,where as this unit will last five hours if im lucky and being a profesional driver that is not good...check the makers specs on battery life before buying.

I had the first version of this headset and it was excellent compared to this newer version. It's unresponsive control no low battery warning message just dies continually loses signal and poor signal quality. The only reason I bought this is because my dog chewed my first one. Unless this new one is a good copy I don't recommend.

Of all the ear pieces i have tried, this one is the best. Its comfortable, easy to use, and all the buttons are in the right place. The voice of the person you are talking is crystal clear and has a good range of volume, i found some others i tried didn't go loud enough, but this one does. I have used one of these headsets for well over 10 years, i don't just use it when I'm in a vehicle, i use it at home , in the garden wherever i go to keep both handsfree.
