This advertisement shows a hose that is coiled up as if that is the natural way it is stored and should return to that shape when finished. That is what the photo suggests to me. I contacted the seller and told them that the hose did not arrive in that coiled shape and does not return to that shape. The photos is very misleading. Because it is sold with this coiled shape, it is reasonable to expect that this is what I am buying. The sellers explanation is not very helpful and is Not as Described
