    Makes a very nice red wine

    Used this in wine making several times now with excellent results. Really good quality and much better value than many other concentrates. For 5 gallons of full bodied 12.5 - 13% red I use 1lt of this with 3ll of supermarket red grape juice (Asda or Waitrose), 125gr dried elderberry and 3.2 - 3.5 kg of granulated sugar.

    The best by a million miles.

    Such an incredible product made from the very best select Italian grapes and you notice it very much in the sublime depth of character in the wine you create. As close to real Italian wine as I have tasted over here in Scotland and I am talking about the wine the Italian people themselves drink as opposed to the wine that you see on supermarket shelfs anywhere. The genuine article.

    Great consistent quality grape juice

    I have been using the white and RED juices for wine making for the past couple of years. The quality is excellent and the results have been consistent. I would recommend the juice for both winemaking and for juices diluted.
