    The vendor sold me a defective item. The body of the unit leaked profusely. I tried to initiate a return, but because I contacted the vendor 10 days after the close of the 30 day return window, they refused to do anything about it. They said that it was an installation issue which it wasn't. I confirmed this with the manufacturer (who couldn't even verify the authenticity of the item). I tried to initiate a dialog with this vendor but they have not replied to any of my messages.
