Get what you pay for, not the highest quality product however, I have never sharpened a knife and by using this product I now have sharper knives than I did before. I would suggest this is a good starter knife sharpener and you can upgrade to a more professional one if required.

Works great. Could use a better range of motion on the ball joint as for full size kitchen knives it jams a little bit. Otherwise gets knifes perfectly sharp. A porcelain stone would be a fantastic inclusion to this product to get razor sharp edges, as well as a slight increase to the range of motion would make it worth at least double the price i recon. Otherwise incredibly happy with results

The only letdown was Aust Post. I was home all day and I still had to pick the item up from the local Post Office. I have a small enclosed porch area with an unlocked Glass door and a working door bell and the postie made no effort to leave the item.
