Received item quickly, brand new and sealed as described. This replaced an old one that stopped working after few years. One negative about this seller/item is listing was described as coming with multiple colored face plates, but this did not. This item came in the brown box with only the white faceplate as opposed to the more colorful retail box with the colored face plates that you'll see in other listings. Didn't matter much to me, but listing is inaccurate. Good price though, thanks.

Item arrived missing a few items and seller quickly responded and got me those parts. Gave me a greart deal and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. mistakes happen in this industry all the time and im glad to see that this seller is responsible and professional enough to deliver what they promise. A+ Ebayer and will definitely keep doing business with them

The item was exactly as advertised - new in box. This seller went above and beyond. By no fault of his, the first item he shipped was apparently lost by USPS. As soon as I notified him that tracking had stopped moving, he sent another by priority mail. He was helpful and gracious throughout the process.
