There's not slack, wobble, or any type of movement in the switches or the mounting spots. All of the buttons work, my OEM switch had an Auto-down feature that this one don't have, but it's not something to gripe about IMO, my cars an '07. Lol! Thanks for the amazing product! Will buy from this seller again!
