    Does the job

    Good substantial piece of kit that did the job on my replacement cones (which had the internal metric thread). It would have helped to have had an instruction leaflet and and extra cross piece to go over the tower retaining bolts. This would avoid bending hte crossbar top rail because of the small diameter washer .
