I ordered three packets of hook and cogs for my vertical blinds, but when I received the order their was only one packet in the parcel and they turn out to be the wrong size anyway. So I have requested a full refund from the company and now am just waiting for their reply.

As described. The product was good quality and the blinds now work well. However, description of lengths was ambiguous so ended up ordering a cord that was too short, though still workable. I could not find a description that explained what a given length meant. Was it the length of drop of the continuous cord or the length of the string used for the cord?
