USPS lost this package. I apologized and offered a replacement or full refund. A full refund was given to the buyer. I opened a missing mail and mail search request with USPS and it was closed because they were unable to locate it after searching. This was not my fault and the negative feedback is unfair. Also buyer only purchased 1 not 2 as he claims.
