    Fixed a dead oven

    Electric fan oven suddenly stopped working. Replaced element, no effect. Replaced Cutout, which is a 5 minute job once oven is pulled out, and hey presto oven working again.

    Rangemaster Classic 90 thermal cut out

    Always worth checking this part before replacing oven element. Elements are cheaper to replace but it just saves the messing about. If thermal cut out is open circuit then it’s unserviceable.
