      PARK TOOL BICYCLE ASC-1 ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND

      As with most Park Tool products, they work as intended. ASC-1 Anti-Seize Compound is the correct product to use on pedals. When the time comes to remove them (e.g., shipping, cleaning, replacement), you will be able to get them off. If you use the wrong product (e.g., grease, oil, other lubricant), then after a while pedals will become very difficult to loosen.

      Works great for intended use.

      This is a very specialized "grease" for only specific uses, so learn about it prior to purchase. For me it FINALLY solved the issue of a creak in my BB area of my 15 year old Ti road bike. No, the Teflon tape hack did not work, nor did tightening the cups somewhat beyond spec. Due to the toxic metal in it, ALWAYS apply with gloves on. I only needed a little and will now have this 4 oz. tube for years to come - but to get rid of that damn noise makes the cost so very worth it.
